The sun was shining, the wind was warm and the the ladybugs were out in full force.
You couldn't wipe the grin off my face.
We made mud pies, and brick and wood sculptures, I piled wood, I did some brushing (that's hedging trees for all you city girls), I power raked the back yard and then I weeded 1/3 of my garden in preparation for planting.
Later, we took a walk to the library and my whole town was outside. Well, almost the whole town.
Every storefront keeper was sweeping the walks, people were sitting in the benches and having happy conversations.
It's seemed as though all the world was singing our song, "It's spring! It's spring! It's spring!"
