sisters

I'm intrigued by the idea of sister relationships.

I have two sisters.
I have been jealous of them, happy for them and ready to strangle them.
One sister I would never be friends with if she were not my sister. Not because I don't like her, it's just that our personalities are night and day and we'd annoy each other...if it weren't for the fact that we are sisters.
Another sister shared my heart and brain for the first twenty years of my life. I wasn't even really sure I was my own complete person until I moved away and broke my heart and head in half.
And even then I was only half a soul.

Sisters are interesting people.

Yes! Yes, they are. I have five of them (and three brothers, but you aren't talking about them). I'm the oldest of all of us....and, yes... I can so relate to this post.

I like this post...I can relate especially right now!

Thanks for the visit on the weekend! We loved every moment of it and hope to come back soon.

Ah, sisters...your best friends and best enemies. My sister and I are getting closer as we're getting older, but we really are like night and day. Most of the time people don't really believe we're sisters.
Praise God for 'em, though.

I totally agree! I have two sisters and my heart aches for them every day. There is a chance that my littlest sister might move to my same town soon - so I'm SO excited! :D I hated them growing up and my mama would tell me, - one day you're going to be thankful for them - and I was like - right mom. i doubt it. - she was right. I always wanted a sister. Are you a twin or just extra close to your sis?

This is very, very true! My sister and I are complete opposites and definitely wouldn't be friends if we weren't sisters...although, my best friend is completely opposite of me and it works, so who knows. I'm just grateful I have my sister. :)
